Enrollment For 2025 Camps

Enrollment for Winter Break Camp opens November 25, 2024.

Early Start Camp, Tenderfoot Camp, Trailblazer Camp, and Basketball, Reading and Math Clinic applications will open in January 2025. More information about enrollment coming soon.

Spring Break Camp and Summer Scholars Camp enrollment will open Spring 2025.

New families can access our Camper Application HERE.

Remember to complete all of the following for the review of your application:

• Health History 
  • Required for all families, including FCS students
  • Instructions are in the Camper Application and in the email that is sent immediately after completing the first part of the application
  • Enrollment will not be processed without a completed health form
• Deposit
  • Deposit payments are processed manually by the Summer Programs office when enrolling your camper
  • Campers will not be enrolled without a deposit
  • Payments can be made via credit card, check, or cash
  • Checks can be made payable to Friends’ Central Summer Programs and can be sent to Summer Programs, Friends’ Central School 1101 City Ave, Wynnewood, PA 19096

Spring Break Camp: March 24th to 27th, 2025 (no camp on Friday, March 28th)
Early Start Camp: June 16th to 20th, 2025 (no camp on Thursday, June 19th)
Tenderfoot and Trailblazer Camp: June 23rd to August 8th, 2025 (no camp on Friday, July 4th)
Basketball, Reading, and Math Clinic: June 30th to August 1st, 2025 (no camp on Friday, July 4th)

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS

FCS Summer Programs offers add-on services aimed at making camp an enjoyable experience for campers and their families. These additional options are offered to camp families at an additional cost. Additional options include:

• Before care (Tenderfoot Camp and Basketball, Reading, and Math Clinic)
• After care (Tenderfoot Camp, Trailblazer Camp, and Basketball, Reading, and Math Clinic)
• Shuttle service
  • Intercampus shuttle between Tenderfoot and Trailblazer Camps
  • Shuttle service to and from campus for Basketball, Reading, and Math Clinic campers

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

If you need to reduce the amount of weeks your child is enrolled or cancel enrollment altogether, please notify us in writing before March 31,  2025. Enrollment cancellations made between January 6, 2025 and March 31st 2025 are subject to a cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after April 1, 2025.

Cancellation Fees

A cancellation fee will be added to your account for each camper enrollment canceled before March 31 2025. For example, if you have enrolled two campers and are canceling both of their enrollments, you will be charged two cancellation fees, one for each camper. The remaining balance after all cancellation fees have been paid will be refunded back to your original payment method.

Trailblazer Camp and Tenderfoot Camp:  $250 cancellation fee
Basketball, Reading, and Math Camp: $100 cancellation fee
Early Start: $50 cancellation fee
Winter Break Camp: Fee is equal to half of total enrollment cost
Spring Break Camp: Fee is equal to half of total enrollment cost
